How It Started

The Wing Snob Story

It all began in 2015 when founder Marcus Webb spent months perfecting a dry-rub wing recipe in his Livonia, Michigan home kitchen. What started as weekend cookouts for neighbors quickly turned into something much bigger. Friends demanded more. Strangers lined up. The word spread: these wings were different.

By 2017, Wing Snob opened its first brick-and-mortar location on Five Mile Road. The reception was overwhelming. Local foodies, families, and sports fans packed the dining room nightly. The secret? Obsessive attention to flavor layering — a proprietary blend of spices applied in three distinct stages before, during, and after cooking.
